Experiencing a lack of communication and feedback after an interview is incredibly frustrating and disheartening. It was quite disappointing that after I have put in time and effort to this interview preparation, only to be met with silence afterwards from the recruitment & hiring team.

Interview
I interviewed for the same position in 2 different teams. I had 5 interviews in total adding up to 6 hours of involvement. The interview process took more than 1 month, having to chase Dyson for updates over and over again. In the end I didn't get an offer, despite communicating "positive feedback" (although I received no actual feedback).
