Interview
Applied on company website twice. First time they turned me down straight away, but I applied again just out of curiosity and they invited me for a personal interview.
The interview had two parts, first a technical interview (1.5 hours) with a senior and a principal engineer, than a short chat with HR.
The technical part of the interview was very specific and technical with several questions ranging from first principal theory, detailed operation of different power electronics circuits, electromagnetic design to practical questions about manufacturability, materials and identifying components on a PCBA.
They made an offer in two working days.
