I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Dyson in May 2020
Interview
First there was an online form to fill out, then I was asked a series of questions about project, solutions, creativity and skills. This was followed by Hireview interview, which contained psychometric tests, a technical challenge, numerical reasoning, games, and general why you and why Dyson question. Then there was an assessment centre day where you have to complete a technical challenge and answer questions about the company, products and yourself.
