The process took from initial contact to the first interview around 3 weeks. The interviewer came straight to the point and did not spend any time introducing himself, the position or the expectations in order to build a rapport. Lots of questions based on situational leadership and how I would approach it. I was able to get a flavor of the culture of Dyson as well and this helped me to decide to turn down this opportunity.
