Interview
It was straightforward and the HR was very responsive, direct and helpful. She respond to emails & update quickly. From pre screening to interviews and contract negotiation etc. its a fuss free process. There were 4 rounds(?) TA screening > 1st round of interview with lead > 2nd round of interview with a case study to do > HOD interview Everything was quick and straight to the point. The case study was fairly challenging but direct. The entire process was smooth. Offer given met expectations hence the entire negotiation and contract signing was quick. Overall 10/10, and looking forward to contribute to the company! Sadly, due to the founder's vision, it is now fully work in office, hopefully to get some flexibility in that sense.

the interview was ok. standard question such as background and technical question, while the manager shared about the role and expectations. Impressed of the office building, very modern and cool design

Interview
Applied in Jan 2024. Received an invitation to a phone screen 3 weeks later. Scheduled a teams interview with hiring manager within the same week. Interview with hiring manager was behavioral based, with an assessment during the second half of the interview. Overall the process seemed quick. Was rejected the day after the interview. Seems they are trying to get someone filled in fast. Overall decent experience based on the response time and open communication.
