Interview
Took 3 days for the interview process, but just to note that once they confirm you, the offer letter can take 2 weeks to receive it so can be a bit daunting because during this time I've rejected other offers.
Overall, quite a straightforward interview process. I had the first initial call with the talent acquisition and was scheduled for the first interview the next week. The first was with all of the teammates that I will be working with. They asked me about my work experiences, then I was told to share screen and draw out an architecture on Paint as they asked a few questions and some use cases on how to solve them. I would say be honest with your experience even if you don't know, just share your thoughts will do. Don't feel too intimidated or stressed, and treat it more like you're speaking to a nice friend because I feel that they are looking for someone that is able to work with them as a team so being relatable would help. I received a call a few hours later on the same day and I was told to do a Codility coding test.
I did it the next day and was scheduled for the second interview the day after the test. It was with the hiring manager and got confirmed on that day a few hours later. Next was just waiting for the offer letter which took 2 weeks. I did chase up from time to time, and the talent acquisition that helped me with my process was also very patient towards me which I really appreciate. Other than that, it was a smooth process for me.

Hirevue was okay, had to make sure voice is clear and that I'm making eye contact to the camera. They use AI to rank their applicants based on these factors, aside from how they answer questions
