I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dyson in Mar 2023
Interview
After applying, I heard back after a couple of weeks with little to no communication from the HR recruiter, only an invite in my calendar. I went forward with the interview, which was fairly straightforward, and I was told that I would hear back the following week. There were several indicators that the interview had gone well and I would be receiving an offer. The hiring manager said I should reach out to the HR recruiter if I hadn't heard anything as they are often unresponsive. I heard nothing after a week, so around 2 weeks after my interview I sent a follow up to the HR recruiter which got no response. I waited another week, continually checking the jobs portal which said my application was still in process. I sent another follow up and got no response, then again, all over the course of 4-5 weeks. HR at Dyson clearly don't have the professional courtesy to respond or communicate with candidates which isn't surprising given their reputation and reviews. My application is still "In process" to this day, though I have obviously moved on. Despite what was an interesting role and interview, overall the process was negative and is probably indicative of Dyson's overall culture which is also supported by so many other reviews. So I probably dodged a bullet this time!

Ik heb twee interviews gehad en ben ook nog een keer fysiek langs gegaan om het bedrijf te zien en een paar mensen van het team te ontmoeten.
