I was sent a ton of spam and never truly heard back from a real human. It was upsetting as I was very excited for the position. It was all communication with a machine.

I applied online, and was reached out by the recruiter one day before Thanksgiving. She said if possible to schedule a screening the same day or asap. I was out with family that day, so we scheduled Friday (one day after Thanksgiving). On Friday 9:00am, I waited for 30 minutes and the recruiter never showed up in teams meeting. I emailed and three weeks later, another recruiter replied saying that the recruiter who contacted me was not with the company anymore, and she would want to takeover and reschedule. She asked a couple of background questions and time in the email, and I replied within 10 minutes. Then she never got back to me. Horrible experience, and no respect in candidates' time.
