I actually didn't get to interview. CV rejected at 00:01 - and I'm pretty sure it's because as a mum with caring responsibilities I couldn't tick the box to say I could come into the office 5 days a week. Big red flag for an employee without an inclusive approach, expect they will have a workforce of young men very soon!
