phone interview followed by face to face with senior leadership, no tasks set just standard questions about my relevant experience for the role. Standard interview prep using STAR examples helped me here.

I applied online. I interviewed at Dyson in Apr 2023
Interview
It all started when I applied for a Business analyst position; after 3 rounds, they rejected me, saying I don't have enough experience and should apply for the graduate role, so they forwarded my application to the Early recruiter's team. The HR sent me a link to apply for the post. I used and didn't hear back until about a week (usually, for the graduate role, you will listen back for assessments/ video interviews quite immediately. ), I followed up with HR only to hear that they have just closed the applications and will start processing them now. After another 1.5-2 weeks, I got an email for a video interview- 5 rounds of video answers and two rounds of the game. After submission, I didnt hear back from the team for one month. I kept checking the portal regularly but no change. Only recently, I followed up with HR to know my application status, and she told me I was rejected and they have moved forward with other applicants. I am not really sure what to make of it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dyson in Mar 2023
Interview
I got contacted by a recruiter about the job. I sent my resume and got invited to a screening call with a head of IT delivery which went well. Then I was promised a call form a recruiter which never happened. Then I got a call form the delivery head apologizing for the lack of communication and news that the original job is filled and another one is still available, they asked if I am still interested. I said yes. Then I got invited to a case study presentation. I did it and after that they said, I did a good job overall but another candidate had more experience in business analysis.
