Interview
So basically, the process could be divided into three sections. This is ofcourse after going through the standard online application process.
1. Online interview via HireVue. Standard compentency based questoins that were pre recorded.
2. Individual exercise. Option between designing a new product or reviewing one of their current products. After a preset period, present your work.
3. Interview with senior engineer. We went through my CV and further discussed my work on the individual exercise.
