I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at E2open (Holland, MI) in Nov 2021
Interview
First I got an email from the recruiter asking to schedule a phone call. During the phone call he was really nice and warm, provided me with a lot of helpful information and when he told me he wanted to go forward to the next phase he gave me some tips for the interview. He mentioned salary range, work environment and benefits as well as what to expect from the interview and questions I should be prepared to answer. We scheduled the interview during the same phone call which was for the following day. It was a two hour interview with two different groups. Each group would get an hour. For the interview all the parties were connected on time and they were all very nice as well. You are expected to do a small introduction about your career of about 2 minutes. Then they ask questions about your experience and situations that you have encountered. They are looking for detailed answers. You are expected to ask questions as well. At a certain point it felt more like a conversation then an interview, they were all really nice and open about what they are looking for in a person.
