Very simple, submission of cv, the manager will call after initial screening, after which offer will be made in 1-2 days, some times even on the spot. Very simple interview, felt more like a talk rather than an interview, as the manager was very friendly and approachable.
Short, standard. Tbh pretty much will look for basic social skills and friendliness. Worked there for less than a year, way too slow. Couldn’t make much in commission. Overall an ok company.

The interview was quite free.Managers are nice and easy-going.
