The interview was quite casual and took place in a Starbucks cafe. The interviewer asked me some questions she had on a sheet of paper and wrote down my answers. I was asked about what I think customer service is, how I deal with problems/stress, how I work in a team and other general retail type questions. Mostly though the interview consisted of her telling me about the company and what I would be doing. The next day I got a phone call to offer me the job and was asked to come in that day as soon as possible.
