So I applied online and someone for HR called me the next day and had a short conversation. They set up an for interview the next day. I met them at the manager at the store and we walked to a cafe together and they bought me a drink. The manager told me a bit about the company and asked me questions from a sheet of paper. The interview went for 20 minutes.
Short, standard. Tbh pretty much will look for basic social skills and friendliness. Worked there for less than a year, way too slow. Couldn’t make much in commission. Overall an ok company.

The interview was quite free.Managers are nice and easy-going.
It was a good experience.Every question was very basic.
