ECU Health ETL Data Developer interview questions

I was contacted by recruiterof this company through email, and there was no phone call with the recruiter. SHe directly scheduled an interview with the manager. The manager asked very basic questions like the tools i use and my current role and he said that I have skills that they were looking for. He also told me that I was the first person they interviewed for this role and told me to wait for a month regarding the next round. After that, there was no response from the Manager or the recruiter. Emailed them multiple times and still no response. We can't even look at the status of our application in their job portal and finally, they posted Not selected in there. I didn't even get an email that I was not selected until I looked up in their job portal.
