A phone followed by a skype interview. Prof phoned me from Switzerland, and I was in Singapore. The next day, we had a quick skype interview, and I was accepted!

One round on-site interview. 2 hours with all group members. Question with the prof. mainly on the course taken and research projects done. Test if one can get along well with the group members. Discussion with the HR officer.
