Interview
I had to go in several times. I met with 3 people and each time someone was missing because they had a different excuse. In total I had 5 interviews and a phone interview. They were all nice. Seemed professional but the process was a bit dragged out in my opinion. They ended up canceling the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPSTEIN (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2026
Interview
The first interview I had was a phone screen and it was fairly simple. I could tell that the person was reading questions though so it felt a bit mechanical. It turned more conversational though and we both realized that this wasn't the best job for me and the person referred me to a different department. I got a follow up call from that department later. Overall it was communicative and they didn't want to waste my time or theirs.
