This was a long tedious interview process that lasted 7 months. I would have an interview and then not hear back for weeks, after hearing back I would then schedule another interview for a few weeks later. I had a myriad of 10 different interviews to include phone, dinner, video conference, panel and fly in. Standard situation style questions that included interactive sales role playing. The negotiation process took 2 weeks.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and after a few weeks, I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition team. I met the team just for a quick GTKY, and within that session it was decided for my application was pushed forward to the relevant Partner, subject for further assessment. Miraculously got through that screening and was invited to an interview. The interview was not too gruelling, had plenty of questions on past experience and technical knowledge. It was also an opportunity for a personality fit test with the rest of the team.
