The process was comfortable. I sat with the manager and had a frank discussion about how I would fit on the team and how to overcome objections and typical retail challenges. I had a phone discussion and in person interview. I was offered the job at the interview.

Friendly and upbeat. More interested in team fit than knowledge as they have a great training program. Very personable and are about you. They are a great organization to be a part of and work around your schedule and needs.

Applied online and heard back within a week or two to set up an interview. From there the interview was very stress-free and comfortable, talking 1-on-1 with the store manager asking various questions.
