The hiring process started during August. The interview itself was fine. The person that conducted the screening was fine. She adequately described what the position required and asked all the appropriate questions. It seemed as we were both understanding what each other had in mind and needed. After that she disappeared despite the fact that she had committed to respond weather the response was positive or negative. A reminder was sent and she did commit again that she would respond. Now, during early November I still have not received a response to this.
