1. Recruiting event on my university campus in which you learn about the company and the experiences of E&Y's employees present. This was a typical networking event where you have a conversation with as many representatives as possible so you can develop rapport and hopefully make an impression on the recruitment manager and/or partner.
2. Pre-Interview Dinner: Again, here you want to build a relationship with the people of the firm with friendly conversation. Also obviously ask questions about the role you are applying for.

1. Can you describe to me a time in which you had to deal with an angry customer?
2. Can you describe a time when a team you were apart of worked well together? Also, when the team didn't work well together.

2 interviews. 1 with HR by phone. 1 with 2 directors and a senior manager over zoom call. Less than 30 minutes each. Overall relaxing. We discussed about my experience at the previous firms and all the basics.
