Interview
Submitted application, completed skills test and project (not very difficult) then received request for interview. Received offer shortly after. It was a very professional and quick process. However, never really got impression that they cared much about each individual candidate.

Skills exam involved answering questions and presenting results to case questions. One involved simulation and pricing of a derivative product.
