Very long (3 months) and super tedious (6+ steps)
The most red flag a company could get. From multiple assessments, to multiple videos, creating a page on a fake website, tedious steps to projects through a google form, typing test, organization test..All for free at the expense of your time. Oh yeah they’ll also ask for 6 references to ask about your bad qualities. But it’s ok because all of their employees go through this!
There was also no apology from the hiring manager when they made a mistake and made me retake everything because they couldn’t send me the right link to their tests.
The marketing director I interviewed with 2nd was a cool guy. I wish him the best. As for the rest of the interview process, it really was an insanely tedious process that just felt like a test of how much unnecessary work can you put up with.
After rushing me to get a final interview in literally a day after calling me with no flexibility, it took 2 weeks of radio silence to hear back about a decision (this was after me reaching out twice)
I believe the way a company treats its applicants is telling of company culture and character. Everything just left a sour taste in my mouth
