Interview
The interview process seems a bit unnecessary and is ridiculously long to possibly find out the company may not be interested in you. To begin you send in an email answering a prompt from the website. Then you'll receive an email asking you to take a few personality tests or quiz. They're quite lengthy and random but nonetheless, you get them done. Then a phone interview with the person hiring or recording a video of yourself answering questions. All of this happens before anyone ever really tells you the likelihood of an offer. If all is well, an in person interview happens and hopefully you receive a job offer. Or, go through a month long interview process then wait another month to hear back that you didn't receive the job.
