I recently went through the interview process for the Executive Assistant to the CEO position at Easy Pay Direct, and I must say, it was an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience. The number of hoops I had to jump through and the unnecessary length of the process were major red flags that left me with a negative impression of both the interview process and the company as a whole. The process consisted of a staggering eight rounds of interviews, each step seemingly more unnecessary than the last. Given the numerous red flags and the extensive time commitment required, I ultimately decided to rescind my application and pursue other opportunities. I simply could not justify investing any further time and energy into a company that demonstrated such a lack of respect for candidates and their valuable time. To anyone considering joining Easy Pay Direct, I strongly urge you to think twice. The excessive number of interview rounds and the underlying disorganized and inefficient process are clear indicators of the company's values and priorities. Save yourself the frustration by seeking out organizations that value efficiency, transparency, and respect for their candidates.
