Edge by Ascential interview questions

The interview was around 30 minutes of mostly running through my CV and asking me questions like why I like working with data. I was run though a bit about the job role about which I was asked whether I understood it. I'm not expected to understand everything until I do the job. I was under the impression that I was not a likeable candidate as I was getting some stern looks from the interviewers, overall I didn't feel warmly welcomed to the interview. I traveled from outside of Reading, too. So, at least an email giving me an outcome would have sufficed so I can move on with my job search without thinking about the outcome! Despite asking the interviewer when I would hear back and expecting an email, I never did, and they said a week. I waited eagerly. I understand interviewers have busy schedules and other candidates to interview, but you should treat individuals with care as they have put in effort and took interest in your company.
