Edmonds School District interview questions

I filled out the application online and was contacted for an interview. I had one interview with the principal, vice principal, and department head. I was offered the position about a week later. I had to present a lesson at my interview. I think everyone was impressed with my thoroughness. I prepared packets for each panel member and explained exactly where in the unit the lesson would fall.

Lengthy application package and hiring process very detailed. Excel test. Interviewed by a panel of 5 people. Then second interview with 1 senior manager.
