The application process asks for you to add your SS# and borthday as an option then the next page requires you to add them both. Right under your birthday, it asks you if you are between the ages of 16 and 40.

Met with a rep from Human Resources, someone from the account team, and an account VP. ~Week or so in between each. Straightforward process. No tests or assignments. Everyone was very kind.

Interview
Went through three separate interviews, was given nothing but positive feedback and was told to expect next steps from HR. Then after half a week received an automatic do not reply rejection. Obviously if I don’t have the job that’s understood but after spending my time going through the interview process one would expect a bare minimum of something more than an auto-rejection. Disappointing.
