They spend an exorbitant amount of time interviewing which speaks to indecisiveness. 10 months is absurd. HR just can't seem to get their act together. Weak leadership allows for consensus in dept interviews but there are a few people working against consensus. Bad politics.

They interviewed me for 10 months for a full time perm role. At the last minute the offer was extended in the form of a temp role with the promise of converting. Lousy way to treat people and terrible way to represent the company. Doesn't align with Eileen values.
