One phone screen. One technical/behavioral. The technical and behavioral were done in one interview. The interview went over my resume and previous projects. We talked about technologies used at previous jobs. Was pretty straightforward.

The interview process with Elder Research was structured and respectful. It began with an initial screening and moved into a second-round panel that covered both behavioral and technical topics. I spoke with members of the technical team as well as leadership, and each person took time to explain the role and the company’s mission clearly.
