Interview
1. Round with HR. It was great. They asked great questions, not by a list.
Next Step was a preparation for behavioural interview - they sent a document with 6 cases, I should have picked and prepared 3 cases.
2. Round with two peer Engineering Managers. I described my behaviour in the picked 3 cases with arguments. No discussion or feedback followed on that matter. I answered all the follow-up questions and expected the next round. But instead, in 1 week I get a reject without any clear reason. Usual "we decided to proceed with other candidates".
And the position was re-published soon.
