I was recruited via email from the hiring manager. The process was very smooth, with responsive recruiters and flexible teams with regards to timing and schedule. Overall, it was a great experience for me. The process was fairly standard in terms of stages (phone screen, in person meeting with a few people, presentation to a small panel). One monkey wrench I threw their way was leaving for a 2+ week vacation through Asia in the middle of the process. The whole team was nothing but accommodating and we picked up where we left off without any hiccups. A unique step on the Lever side was the Career Trajectory sit-down with recruiting lead, which was a candid conversation of my career path to date. This was done to help inform future opportunities and goals I may have during my time with Lever. While a bit odd at first, this turned out to be quite fun.
