It was a very straightforward process, from screening calls to calls with the hiring managers and the panel style with multiple team members. 1 - screening call with agency recruiter (30mins) 2 - screening call with Lever recruiter (30mins) 3 - Phone interview with a hiring manager (30mins) 4 - Receive email info about next steps, panel interview format, how to prepare etc. 5 - panel type interview, 4 back to back meetings with 2 hiring manager, staff in that position (SDR in my case), and the recruiter - this was unique and very thorough! In retrospect, showed me how they're using Lever to improve their candidate experience.

My interview process consisted of 3 phone interviews and then an in person interview in the Fishers, IN office. I felt welcomed by each person interviewing me. I really enjoyed the interview process becauae it was set up as a conversation style rather than a formal interview. The questions asked to me were fair and open. Every person I interviewed with were capable of answering all of my questions as well.
