Emprise Technologies interview questions

Well, the phone interview seemed normal, until I was asked to come in for the interview. When I walked inside the building. I waited five to six minutes just to be greeted in order to be set up. The company's atmosphere seemed laid-back. Especially, as I walked in between employees. On my way to the interview room I realized an older lady sitting on the desk of a fellow colleague. Furthermore, the lady sitting in the desk was playing what seemed to be some type of online card game. *Interview* *Interview was unprofessional in many ways. *Questions weren't parallel to the job description. *Interviewer went off topic occasionally. *Questions really had no technical structure at all. *When I asked the the interviewer a question regarding how they at "Emprise" conducted a typical ETL process. His answer was simple. "I have no technical Knowledge what so ever. I just interview potential candidates". That answered everything...?
