I was asked to do a 20-min presentation without topic restrictions. After that, three co-founders of the company talked to me one by one for about an hour. The total length of the interview was about 4 hours! However, they didn’t ask me many questions to know more about me. Instead, they kept telling me how good their company was. The bad thing was they even cared about my private information, such as my relationship. They seemed to collect as much information as possible to estimate how long I would work for them. In addition, they couldn’t help preaching at me and teaching me how to be a good person. (Excuse me?) A few days later, they called me and told me I got the offer. After three days, I told them I would be onboard. But, they hadn’t sent me the offer letter for about two weeks until I asked them to send me the offer. Since I didn’t receive the offer, I had difficulties relocating to the city where the company was. After I told them my situation and asked whether they could give me three more days to sign the offer, they immediately canceled my offer. Alright, it is the employer’s right, but this was really not the behavior of a good employer, kicking you out without any thoughtful consideration. A few days later, I talked to one of its former employees. That person told me she had just worked for Enfotech for only one year and had been in this company longer than many people, which was totally different from what the employers told me. They lied to me that most of the employees had worked for them for more than five years. Then, as you can see from other comments, the WLB is terrible, but they also told me the WLB was great when you finished training and got familiar with the products. There were so many lies in their mouths. They are the employers that will try to get what they want by any means and never caring their folks. I am glad I didn’t enter the company.
