Enovix Process Engineer interview questions

Phone call with Interviewer. Got scheduled and delayed for 1 hour. The interview turns out just want to hire a technician. Does not value learning ability or provide growth potential. Fresh Ph.D. is like trash. (Partially true to the industry, but it's the first time that the interviewer will call you just to tell you this). Why not just turn down the resume....
