The first step is to get through the official application on the website where they asked questions about what you would do on your first day, how do you work in XYZ situation, and general info about yourself. The next step, if you make it, is a Skype interview with an EDF project manager. The interview lasted about an hour. Said it would be more of a personality fit interview to help place you with a company/location. 2nd interview was typical behavioral based questions and where or what company you want to work with and why. Finally, after the interview, you work with the recruiter to nail down a company or location.
