Oct 2011-I was contacted by a recruiter through Monster.com. After a brief phone conversation, I was set up with a phone interview a few weeks later. Nov-2011 After my phone interview, I was selected for an online skills assessment. I went into the university library and took the test from there. The test consisted of a series of basic logic questions, followed by a test with a fake programming language to see how quickly I picked up concepts. Finally was a section with questions that needed actual code. I used Java, but any language would do. Dec. 2011 I was called for an onsite interview. I was flown out to Madison on the 20th, had my interview the 21st, and flew home the 22nd. The interview consisted with a conversation with a BI Developer, some technical type questions, and an interview with HR. I was told I would be contacted in two weeks. The 27th I was called with an offer. I graduated in May of 2012 and started June of 12. I could have started in July.
