Interviewed for the CSM role for their Physician locums division. The entire process from start to finish was awful. Their offshore recruiter, Jane quickly connected with me after I submitted my application. She provided very few details about the role aside from what was on the job description. It took a week to finally get feedback from the hiring managers Derek and Joseph. The interview was more of an interrogation rather than a reciprocal conversation. They kept repeating their questions as if I was going to somehow change my answers. I was given maybe 5 minutes to ask questions at the end and they abruptly cut me off, saying they had a hard stop time and to email me any further questions. They never responded to my follow-up questions. I was then emailed by Jane that I was not chosen. Shocker! Waste of time!
