the entire interview process was remote. first, I submitted my resume to a recruiter. Next, I had a 20 minute initial call with the recruiter. later I had another call with a different interviewer. After these two calls, then an offer was given.

their HR is quite disorganized, their job postings are inaccurate and stated the wrong location/salary range. they also will send you a confirmation email of your interview with a different time than the meeting invite. they clearly don't have high expectations from their HR but they definitely do in other departments. the interviewer was nice but it was strange how much experience they were asking for despite telling me that other teams would be handling areas where i am not so experienced in. they decided not to proceed with me and i was confused as to how i didn't have enough experience when i wouldn't be doing that kind of work anyways?? i'm glad overall to steer clear of this company since this makes no sense, this was for an e-discovery role, their HR is located in the UK so prepare to accomodate a huge time difference if you are in canada
