Applied via Epson website with CV, covering letter and answered a couple of questions. 1st interview with hiring manager and HR rep, biographical questions, "Why do you want to work here?" etc. Advanced to 2nd interview. Had to take online personality test, then three timed aptitude tests, verbal, numerical and logical reasoning, quite hard if you've never done them before. 2nd interview was 2 hours with senior manager, hiring manager, technical manager and HR rep. 20 minute presentation pitching a solution to a fictional company. Then 90 minutes of 5 competency based questions following the STAR method and CV discussion, plus technical ability and knowledge questioning. Was offered the position two days after second interview.
