Had a telephone interview that lasted 30 mins. Talked to my future manager who was the applications manager at the time. Lovely person that I felt relaxed with from the beginning of the call. A few questions on my previous experience and projects and my reason for wanting to join. I believe the lack of technical questions was because there was a previous colleague of mine already working there who was able to vouch for me.
