EquiScript interview questions

There were three phases of the interview process: Phone Interview, Face-to-face Interview, and Working Interview. The process was lengthy but I know that the company is picking the best candidate to represent the company. I did not mind the process because I knew it would be worth it.

Talked to HR regarding the position in the first phase of the interview process. I found the HR staff to be a bit unfriendly and did not walk away with a great feeling about the company. Nevertheless, I proceeded with a description of my background and why I felt I would be a good fit. I was then told the hiring process could include 4-6 total steps before an offer would be made and could take 6+ weeks to complete. My next phase was an aptitude test that took me over an hour to complete. I then received a form letter stating another candidate was being considered. I asked if I could get some feedback on the decision and how my skills may have fallen short, but never received and response. If you are going to subject people to a test that takes an hour to complete, you should at least provide feedback if requested.
