I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equitable in Oct 2021
Interview
Went through 3 formal rounds of interview before receiving offer. First with HR for general culture fit and about my background. Second interview was with a panel of 4 interviewers on the call asking questions, each relating back to their respective business areas. Final interview was a case interview with 2 interviewers present on the call. The questions were tough, but they were mostly looking for how I think through problems and react to them. Roughly 2 months in-between receiving an invite to interview to receiving an offer.
