Applied for an engineering manager role, was expecting some acknowledgement or even auto-generation rejection email, nothing. Can do a lot better.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Etsy (San Francisco, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, a phone screen was scheduled with the office director. Then a technical phone screen with an engineer from the team. On site, after a tour of the well located office (in FiDi), I had 4 interviews. The engineering interviews had 2 engineers, the rest were 1 on 1 with product managers and engineering managers. 2 of the interviews were on video chat. There was a lunch break where I enjoyed lunch with the office in kitchen.
