Eurofins Biochemist interview questions

It was a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to, and expected me to, ask several questions at the beginning of the interview before asking me theirs.

As soon as I begun to answer the questions I could tell that I would not be getting any follow up interviews from them. Many of the questions asked were not about my experience and or skills that I carry but rather about behavioral situations. Ironically the position I applied for is meant to be a lab research position where I run assays.
