Interview
The process consist in a 3 steps interview:
1 - Technical interview.
2 - Code challenge.
3 - Personal/behabioural interview with a manager and a technical lead.
The process can take 2-3 weeks.
This was an offline interview for a full-stack role in Dot Net and Angular with a strong emphasis on the backend. It felt more like a technical discussion than an interrogation.
HR call with basic questions.
Technical interview with tech lead about your previous experience and a couple of straight forward technical questions to see if you are a good fit

1 . Assessment
2. followed by technical round with basic questions around the tech stack I applied for.
3. Called for another round of interview.
