I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eurofins (Madison, WI) in Feb 2021
Interview
Had a great interview. The manager and I talked about a lot of hobbies and interests. Barely about the job. Wanted to make sure my personality was a good fit versus the normal and boring interview.
Interview process was pretty laid back. First received an email from eurofins recruiter. Then they schedule a time to chat. That call lasts about a half hour but it's generally quicker than that. They just ask you questions about why you're interested in the job and what you do at your job. Then they say the hiring manager will call you (if they think you're a good fit). If not, you'll get an email pretty much right away. The interview with hiring manager and one other team member is pretty laid back as well. They just ask what you do at your current job, your day-to-day, why you're leave, etc. Then they say they'll get back to you. it's pretty simple. offers come within a week i think if you get the job. I don't remember.
