this question is to see if they can place you in framing. The framing dept makes ALL the money, the store barely sells enough overpriced product to cover its rental expenses but Framing makes enough to keep the store afloat. And framers do not get the respect,training or acknowledgment they deserve. Its frustrating and heartbreaking to watch framers deal with the stress loads.
